His career roles include successful management, executive leadership, and talent management assignments (as well as earlier technical roles in infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and audit) with a track record of selecting and developing individuals and teams for high performance. He was selected for a Performance Excellence Award at Stryker, as well as two high-potential executive development programs (including the Stryker Leadership at Harvard executive education program), and earned a certificate in coaching from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Bob is also trained on Driving Results with Talent using Predictive Index.
